General Booking Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.1 Scope of Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RiverGateResidence.vn provides short-term and long-term serviced apartment rentals at RiverGate Residence, located at 151\u2013155 Ben Van Don Street, Khanh Hoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.2 Reservation Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Inquiry:<\/strong> Guests may contact us via Hotline, Zalo, Email, or online travel platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and Trip.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Confirmation:<\/strong> We check apartment availability, provide pricing, and confirm applicable charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Completion:<\/strong> Guests provide the required information.
