1. General Booking Terms
1.1 Scope of Service
RiverGateResidence.vn provides short-term and long-term serviced apartment rentals at RiverGate Residence, located at 151–155 Ben Van Don Street, Khanh Hoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
1.2 Reservation Process
Inquiry: Guests may contact us via Hotline, Zalo, Email, or online travel platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and Trip.com.
Confirmation: We check apartment availability, provide pricing, and confirm applicable charges.
Completion: Guests provide the required information. A reservation is considered completed once both parties confirm the booking and/or payment is received when required.
1.3 Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Check-Out: Before 12:00 PM (Noon)
Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to apartment availability and may incur additional charges.
1.4 Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation may be available if notice is provided within the cancellation period specified at the time of booking.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to charges.
For reservations made through OTA platforms, the cancellation policy of the respective platform applies.
2. Service Handover and Check-In Procedures
Our service is an accommodation service rather than a physical product. Therefore, shipping or delivery policies do not apply.

Guests check in directly at RiverGate Residence, located at:
151–155 Ben Van Don Street, Khanh Hoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Check-In Process
- Our staff welcomes guests at the designated lobby (Lobby A or Lobby B).
- Reservation details are verified and identification documents are collected for temporary residence registration.
- Access cards, elevator cards, and apartment keys are provided.
- Guests receive instructions on using apartment facilities and are informed of the building’s regulations.
Service Period
The accommodation service begins upon check-in and ends when the guest completes check-out.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
3.1 Direct Bookings (Hotline, Zalo, Website)
- Cash (VND)
- Vietnamese bank transfer
3.2 OTA Bookings (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com, etc.)
- Credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Online payments processed through the OTA platform
- Payment at the property (subject to platform policies)
Important: Please do not transfer funds to any third-party account that has not been provided through our official email address ([email protected]) or our official hotline. Guests are encouraged to keep payment records for future reference if needed.
4. Guest Responsibilities and Legal Compliance
4.1 Guest Responsibilities
To ensure security, safety, and legal compliance, guests agree to:
- Present a valid National ID Card or Passport for all registered guests.
- International guests may be asked to provide a valid visa, e-visa, visa exemption certificate, or other entry documents when required for temporary residence registration in accordance with Vietnamese regulations.
- Refrain from smoking inside apartments and in designated non-smoking areas.
- Avoid excessive noise, especially after 10:00 PM.
- Not bring pets into the apartment unless prior approval has been granted.
- Accept responsibility for any damage caused to apartment property or shared building facilities.
- Comply with building regulations relating to fire safety, security, and community management.
4.2 Our Commitment to Legal Compliance
RiverGate Residence operates in accordance with applicable Vietnamese laws governing accommodation services.
Temporary Residence Registration
We fulfill all legal obligations relating to temporary residence registration and guest reporting requirements for Vietnamese citizens, foreign nationals, and overseas Vietnamese residents in accordance with Vietnamese regulations.
Compliance with Building Regulations
We comply with the management regulations of RiverGate Residence, including fire safety requirements, security procedures, and community management policies established by the building management and relevant authorities.
